My UX Research Practice
I'm a UX researcher who learns how people actually behave with the world around them, whether that's with your business, an app, or a product or AI and turn it into clear, actionable direction for product and strategy.
With my hybrid UX research and design background I blend qualitative and quantitative methods with a designer's eye, so my insights don't just explain the problem, they shape the solution.

Customer (Digital) Twin Panel - Claude Skill
I built a Claude skill featuring a synthetic customer panel to to provide rapid directional feedback, de-risk early concepts, and accelerate strategic decision-making ahead of live user research.
AI-led unmoderated study
I piloted our organization's first AI-led unmoderated study, using an AI moderator to run adaptive, conversational interviews that could probe and follow up in real time rather than relying on static survey questions.
This let us gather richer qualitative signal at scale across time zones and geographies, without the scheduling overhead of live moderation. This work was recognized at Docusign's company-wide Demo Memo initiative.
